Refund Policy
Please review our policy for digital product purchases before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the download link has been made available.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- • Digital products (eBooks, guides, templates) cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed
- • You have reviewed the product description and preview materials before purchasing
- • Download links are provided immediately upon successful payment
- • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase
You were accidentally charged twice for the same product. Contact us with both order numbers.
Technical Issues
The file is corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be downloaded despite multiple attempts, and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
Product Not as Described
The product content is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
How to Request an Exception
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please:
- Email us within 7 days of your purchase
- Include your order number and the email used for purchase
- Describe the issue in detail (include screenshots if applicable)
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended and future purchases being declined. We retain records of all downloads and access logs.
